The brainchild of lifestyle influencer Ainsley Gray, the Mama Meet and Market exists to celebrate the creativity and diversity of small businesses and makers across the country. Packed with activities, workshops and exciting displays, it’s the ideal place to soak up some design inspiration.

Good morning! There has been a lovely flurry of new followers over here after I made an announcement over on my personal account @life_with_oaksandolive ☺️ But in case you missed it I will share the news here too! From next next week I will be taking these events on as my full time job! Eeeeek! I’m leaving my current job as a Visual Merchandiser after over 7 years to pursue what has over the past year and a half become my dream. . . . . These events have given hundreds of small businesses a platform to sell and be supported, they create a real sense of community for all involved and have made a huge impact when trying to get your business of the ground. Not only that but they have become a social hub for lots of local families, they have meant that virtual friendships can become real life ones as I’ve watched lots of like minded people from around the UK use my event as a meeting spot. . . . . I try my best to design a stylish event that showcases initiative and the most unique products for parents (and more) Where you can find all the things you need and want for your little ones under one roof, your able to see it, touch it and comit to shopping small because you can meet the maker and have a more personal shopping experience. All whilst in an environment that makes it fun for everyone, including the kids! . . . April’s event will be all of the above, but it’s my first event where the endless ideas can become a reality as we have the perfect space to expand. I can’t wait to dedicate more time over the next few months and show you why the #mamameetandmarket events are worth your journey! ✨
