Google and Levi’s Project Jacquard jacket is the perfect companion for any cyclist (or motorist) sick of the distracting buzz of their phone.
The jacket is made up of threads with a copper core and a nifty Bluetooth attachment that looks like a sleek cufflink. The touch-sensitive fabric works like a phone screen, letting the wearer respond to notifications with just a swipe or tap.
Using an accompanying app, the jacket communicates with a smartphone, allowing the user to control their music and GPS to give real-time directions.

Emel + Aris heated coat will make winter mornings more bearable.
The luxury brand was founded by Rana Nakhal Solset, who wanted to create a functional tech garment without compromising on style or comfort.
The coats come in the form of a trench or wrap-coat for women and a rain mac or overcoat for men.
To an onlooker, the ingenious tech is invisible. Using infrared and battery-powered technology, the coat is heated at the shoulders, lower back and front lapels. This keeps the wearer toasty on frosty mornings.
