Delivery Information

All products are custom made to order in our production facility. Despatch times are clearly displayed in bold on each product page as some of our custom products vary in production time.

Orders are normally held until all items have been produced in order to keep delivery costs low. The estimated despatch date for the order is shown in the cart before checkout.

Allow 2-3 days for delivery on 1st Class UK Mail. Air Mail normally takes 5-8 working days depending upon location and customs.

Please report non-delivery of goods within 10 days after the designated despatch date. Situations of non delivery will be thoroughly investigated and rectified immediately. We reserve the right to reject any claims of non-delivery that are not reported within 20 days of despatch date.

Goods lost due to incorrect address details supplied at checkout are the responsibility of the customer.

Occasionally delivery times may be longer due to postal delays, holidays, unexpected machinery failure or other external circumstances outside of our control.
