Our Process

  • Get In Touch

    Initial quote request comes through, it is processed and tested to see if it fits our requirements. Once this has been established, we will request artwork and product specifications if it hasn't already been provided.

  • Quotation

    Once this information has been provided, we can then provide you with an exact quote and details on how to proceed. We then take a small deposit to produce a sample, which will be emailed to you prior to production to ensure that you're happy with the results.

  • Production

    Following approval, your labels go into production. Once made, labels are inspected and go through rigorous quality control. They are then sent to you via next day courier to ensure you get your labels in a timely manner!

Woven

Damask is by far the most universal and popular weave, with this type of ribbon we can achieve any colour base or logo (we try to match to pantone where possible) we offer all types of fold with this ribbon, all edges are heat sealed to prevent fraying, Damask ribbon is made from synthetic yarns and where possible we can offer a ribbon using recycled yarns. This ribbon is used mainly in the fashion industry due to the high end finish it.

Satin

Using soft face polyester satin these printed labels are ideal for garments where a conventional label may irritate skin. Commonly used in baby clothing, lingerie and sportswear. Can come in a range of colours both for base and print. Usually printed using a thermo foil print, but can be screen printed and we also offer a full colour digital print option.

Cotton

100% cotton has a much heavier luxurious feel to it and is great for both eco friendly use and compliments high quality cotton products. The base colours come in the option of either natural ecru (untreated) or bleached white, and a thermo foil print is used for printing which can be any colour from the Pantone Formula Guide.

Grosgrain

A soft polyester satin, with a ribbed grain running along the shortest edge. A high label quality with a thermo foil print. Or screen printing on darker colours. Can be used both externally and internally on garments or other products, Comes in a wide range of colours and Printing can be matched to the Pantone Formula guide. A perfect alternative to a standard satin to add a touch of quality to your product.
