A woven badge is essentially a larger woven label, a woven badge has a much tighter weave than an embroidered badge ideal for detailed Shape.
Embroidered
A embroidered badge has a loose stitch to give the retro look some designers are looking for, the embroidered badge is typically supplied with an over locked edge and a backing. Both are needed to prevent fraying and to smooth the back of the badge.
No Backing
Iron on Backing
An industrial strength hot melt adhesive backing that can be applied to the back of the label. Labels can then be securely applied to garments with a heat press or iron, where the special backing bonds firmly with the target garments fibres.
Self Adhesive Backing
A high tack self adhesive backing that can be applied to the back of the Labels. This would be for uses where the label would be applied temporarily.

Die Cut to Shape
Woven or embroidered badges can be cut to any shape the customer may require, a square or rectangle badge are heat cut to prevent fraying all other shapes circles etc will be laser cut again this will prevent any fraying.

Initial quote request comes through, it is processed and tested to see if it fits our requirements. Once this has been established, we will request artwork and product specifications if it hasn't already been provided.
Quotation
Once this information has been provided, we can then provide you with an exact quote and details on how to proceed. We then take a small deposit to produce a sample, which will be emailed to you prior to production to ensure that you're happy with the results.
Production
Following approval, your labels go into production. Once made, labels are inspected and go through rigorous quality control. They are then sent to you via next day courier to ensure you get your labels in a timely manner!
